This bank is proud of the fact that they change the functions of how your account works. They won't take a third party cash deposit but that person can buy a cashiers check for a fee with that same cash and then deposit the cashiers check it is all so they can get a fee from buying the check.
Upset to find out that bank of America is now closed at 4pm instead of 5pm. Going to be transferring my money somewhere that is more convenient!
How the hell do you reach a branch?! Just spent 20 minutes on the damn automated system that was USELESS. Provide branch phone numbers!!!
I love the lady Megan she was really nice and out going please you need to give her a rise or something !!! She is so sweet. She made it a really great experience and I would recommend everyone going there to the bank of America on south willow street!!
