Lisa does great work. I'm a CrossFit athlete and work out 4-5 days a week and as someone who is over age 50 my body doesn't recover as quickly as it use to. Since going to Lisa my shoulder mobility has improved and I'm able to lift higher weights due to better lifting form. Part of my routine is now seeing her twice a month for rehab and to allow me to continue to achieve greater results.
I've been seeing Lisa for about a year now. I love her new space and I'm sooo happy she kept the beach theme. It makes it very relaxing. I keep coming back because she varies the treatment to whatever I want that day. Sometimes I just want to relax after a crappy day. Sometimes I'm tight from a workout. Sometimes I want to add a facial or foot scrub. It's great! Always look forward to my next appointment.
