So I went here last month to get a car after my previous one FUBARd, because my dad is friends with one of the owners. The car itself is a decent one, in good shape, and a definite upgrade. However, one of the windshield wipers is broken; it's loose, drags, and flies over the frame of the car. I was told by the owner my dad is friends with to go in before 2pm on 9/23 and that they would fix it. I drove the 40 minutes from my house there, only to be told by the mechanic that they had "no time" to fix it, let alone look at it. The drive from there to my work was an hour. In total I wasted 2 hours for nothing. The following week, they had my dad take it in and claimed to have "temporarily fixed" it with tape. So a new arm would still have to be bought. And the temporary "fix" didn't even work. We bought the new arm, only to discover that there was no tape. And the problem wasn't even the arm, but something else. Moral of the story: What you see is what you get; make sure you check EVERYTHING before you buy, because once you do, the staff is of zero help and will just jerk you around.
Excellent service. No pressure sales pitch. Just have a general sense or idea of what you are looking for and how much you are willing to spend, and let them take care of the rest. I didn't actually have to go through a lot of choices, they were very helpful there, Peter took his time and walked us through our choices. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and professional. Everything was done for me, all under one roof! Can't say enough about my experience there, I highly recommend this place for you !
