I have been taking my car here since it opened. Before that, I took them to the other location in Hooksett. Really friendly staff and the car always runs like new when I pick it up. Highly recommend.
Don't get sucked in by the $15 state inspection! Every car they inspect has a "power steering leak." All power steering boots have some wetness, this does not qualify for a failed inspection. Took the car to another mechanic, said only one of the seven things they said failed inspection was actually wrong with the car and that was taken care of by a manufacturers recall (which any shop worth it's salt should have known). Not sure how anyone can get away with this nowadays. They should not have an inspection license and hopefully DOT will catch them.
Jr and the rest of the staff are great. They made me feel comfortable and always take care of my car in a professional manner.
I had the best experience I've ever had with car repair shops at Extra Care Auto. My car was sold to me brand new from Autofair Honda, and it was missing the fuse for the fog lights so they didn't work. The dealership wanted to charge me $130 just to look at my car. Rich at Extra Care was very helpful, generous, and he showed me how the lights work. I'm not going to say what they charged me but it was extremely low, very generous of them, and it made my day (it was also my birthday). Thanks again! I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
Have been to this location as well as Hooksett location and have always been treated fairly and honestly. Rich the owner is always a straight shooter and the entire staff is friendly.
