The manager was the most unfriendly down right rude person that could ever sell you a product. The kids that were working at the store were ten times nicer and deserve a raise, they made me want to buy more products. The manager had to leave her lunch break in the back room to come help us and she was rude and clearly had a stick stuck up her ass. I will never go back to that store and I hope she gets fired.
Worst custumer service I have ever experienced. A store associate by the name of Phillip was very rude and smug like in asking me to remove my shoes while i tried a massage chair. While I understood my shoes needes to be off, his rude way of doing so had me out the door. I did return to talk to his manager, but the experience left me with no desire to deturn.
