This furniture store is absolutely incredible. Upon entering we were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. Our sales person Matthew gave us some information on sales and guided us to the pieces we were interested in. He let us browse and but was always present when we had questions.
Much better experience here (in Manchester) than the Nashua location. We just left, and Mary and Jill were super helpful and friendly without being over bearing. Would definitely recommend this store!
We returned less than a week later and Matthew spent 3 hours with us while we took our time deciding on couches, rugs, end tables, and some bedroom furniture. We never felt pressured or like we were wasting his time. Matthew made the transaction very easy and fun. (Only time I've ever felt that way buying furniture.)
We did not buy on our first trip to the store as we needed to measure and decide what would be best in our space. Matthew did not pressure us to buy and even gave us a tape measurer to assist with measure our space.
