Th Zoo Health Club in Manchester New Hampshire is amazing. It is open 24/7, 365 which is incredibly convenient, and has all the equipment I could ever need that includes free weights, functional training stuff, machines, and cardio equipment. The staff is great and the facility is immaculate.
2. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has everything I would need. The machines and spaces are new, and the music is never too loud or obnoxious, but perfect for ambient gym music (I don't like to wear headphones when I exercise).
I've been coming to this gym for over 3 years and for good reason. The staff are friendly and the equipment is well kept. After the new expansion, the gym offers even more of a variety of equipment than before so no matter what your goals are, this gym will meet your requirements.
