I love this place! I used to shop Harbor Fraight when you could only order from a catalogue and was never disappointed. I'm so glad there is a physical store I can go to and see touch and feel the quality of the product I am about to perches. Its my new favorite store. I could spend hours there. The employees are so helpful and kind. They have everything!
Thank god we finally have a location in Manchester! The walmart of tool supply, but a great resource nonetheless. Most tools good for light duty applications.
Well merchandise but front end is poorly managed. Lines build up at checkout and you can see management sitting in the office. CALL FOR BACKUP, or stop slowing down the transactions with 100 questions about email, catalogs or add on warrenty's.
Being a hobbiest this place has the best prices to try out different wood hobbies that I have wanted to try without breaking the bank. (Or the wife breaking my neck!)
Bought a nail gun and a box of nails. Came home, opened the nail gun and took a set of nails, loaded up and the gun fired multiple nails onto each other making some nails hit the head of the previous nail and other nails would just fall out in the single shot mode. This said, the nail gun was dangerous to use. Went to return it and was told that, they never heard of this issue before and wanted me to exchange it, however I decided to go with a name brand nail gun. How ever, the box of nails that i bought for $36 and only used one set of nails, the store did not except back. Now im stuck with 2000 nails i dont need and $36 wasted. I tried explaining that there was no other way to try out the nail gun with out using the nails that i bought. I would have expected a store credit. But all i got was “nope, cant take it back”.
