Expensive and the guy is a big jerk
Told they would stop two withdrawals from going through, they didn't. Now short over $200. I will change my rating IF I get my money back by 10am tomorrow. This has already caused us to have to cancel Halloween plans for our daughter and I can't pay my rent which is due tomorrow. Not to mention the 50 minute drive to and from their office which i will have to take to get my money tomorrow. NOT COOL.
Extremely impersonal and poor customer service.
I dont like the place at all.
