Unfortunately, my rating is based not on the services provided but a result of the fact that I didn't even receive the returned phone call from the lawyer. After discussing my case, I was told that I'd receive a phone call within 24 hours to continue the process. I disclosed personal identifying information to this law firm under the expectation that my case was under consideration. Otherwise, I wouldn't have begun to disclose the volume of information that was asked of me. I waited a week, postponing and canceling other potential firm appointments. Unfortunately, such a simple immediate follow through wasn't even a guarantee. I am surprised and taken aback as I felt confident based on the reviews I had read that this would be the highest quality of legal representation available in the state of New Hampshire. When I called, after that point to cancel any intention to contact us (if there had been), the Secretary was rather curt and appeared annoyed at my general frustration. Clearly, I failed to heed the wisdom in questioning everything on the internet. Best of luck to others and hopefully better experiences!
