I ordered some hamburgers and carrot cake because I figured I'd share some dessert with my family. I paid nearly $5 for carrot cake only to have them send me and incredibly thin slice that looked as though someone had taken a knife and cut it up and ate it! So I called back and they said they would send another slice because the first one was sloppily cut well okay I appreciated that. When the manager arrived he said it wouldn't happen again only to look and find another extremely thin slice of carrot cake. In addition the burgers I recieved were gross and poorly made the first one I ate was completely flavorless and the second was so sloppy and disgusting I took two bites and threw it out. Gave 2 stars simply because they gave me another piece of carrot cake, will not order from there again!

The food itself was good, but by the time I got it my roast beef sandwich was cold. The jalapeño poppers were good and still warm though. It was a bit pricey for just a sandwich and poppers also. Its not somewhere I'm going to order from very often, but maybe I'll give it a second chance at some point.
I ordered a burger sub, when prompted to select cheese type I selected NONE as I can not eat it. I called to see what they could do, I was promptly told to pound sand.
Prior to this I'v never had a complaint. hopefully it's an isolated incident
I was sworn at and hung up on twice after I had to cancel my order, apparently he didn't have time to F around and I'm an F'n a-hole... And this came from the owner! I also had to take the time to drive down to the restaurant in order to get my refund and guess what! The restaurant was completely empty! I had ordered from this place a few times before this incident but I definitely will not be going back.
