Cons: So much trash and graffittti all over the place it doesn't seem like anyone goes up there to take care of the place. If they do they need some help. or 24-7 surveillance

Despite the grit of graffiti over the majority of the rocks, this is a good place to step away for a moment while still being directly within the city. The view from the top is very peaceful, even with the sounds of traffic nearby.
Great place for aerial photography over looking a town. I think the hike is 150ft to the top.
The playground could use some help. The rock was amazing. TONS of glass at the top. Amazing views.
