DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Was a long time customer until this month. Had them come out to fix an outside faucet. I was not told by anybody at the office I would be charged a $99 "Assessment fee" on top of which it took him longer to write the bill than to do the work. 3 minutes of work $260. Oh, and I was never asked if I wanted it fixed. He just did the work and billed us. When I called to talk to the billing manager, I was told "She is in a meeting but would call me back by the end of the day. This was on July 5th. It's now July 14th. My wife or I have called every day since and been told the same bullshit story by the secretary. Apparently they DON'T care about their customers like they claim!!! YOU HAVE LOST ALL MY FUTURE PLUMBING AND HEATING BUSINESS!!! FIRE YOUR OFFICE STAFF!!!
This company was sooooo unprofessional.. I told them exactly what I needed before they came toy salon .. I need two hair traps for the sinks asap.. When they got there they said I needed a new water heater and didn't even have the traps for my sink... I am not impressed at all.... Bad customer service ...
Products this company uses is poor quality. Tank cracked after 1yr of service, charged $480 to reinstall another hot water heater under warranty. The new hot water heater stopped working after 10 days because of poor workmanship. Highly suggest using another company.
Christenson Plumbing is our new plumbing company for my business and my home!! After receiving our furniture for my new hair salon, we called them to hook up our sinks and they came out next day for estimate. Work was completed and ready for inspection in no time at all! Aaron waited with us the day of the plumbing inspection (even though the Town was late) and we passed with flying colors.
