Excellent customer service, and my laundry has never gotten stolen
Could be cleaner and all tv's set on Spanish channels as the attendant is Spanish, not very customer friendly

FOLLOW UP - I Just called today and was told the reason I'm 8lbs off is because my dirty clothes weigh more then clean clothes?? And the lady last week I spoke with who clearly said they've messed up 3 orders last week was lying... hmmm something doesn't add up here. Complete bullsh*t
Ive been going here since they first opened and its now the only laundromat i will use. Even if i have to drive across town its worth it cuz its really a great laundromat.. Love the machine w stuffed animals its addicting lol and i always win:)
FOLLOW UP- Just dropped off $80 worth of clothes for the wash dry fold and they lost about 1/3 of my items. Said there was mix up with the tags. This happened before where they messed up the tickets of one of my drop offs. They need a better system of tracking orders for paying customer's. I dropped my items off and now I need to figure out what items are missing. I'm hoping the person who got my order is kind enough to bring it back. Completely disappointed and upset about this. G
