They never have all the food options - always "running out."
They seemed more interested in cleaning and closing (an hr before they actually close) then actual customer service
Not bad. Very long line at my visit at 7pm when you get up to the counter the employees try to rush you. It is ok.
Last time we got takeout they didn't even give my bowl a cover they just loosely wrapped it with tin foil and handed us the bag ON ITS SIDE.... food everywhere.
Always nice people here, which is why I come back. The food is inconsistent, but good more often than bad. The music is so unbelievably loud, though. It's a nearly instant headache the moment I walk in and people have to shout to be heard. I don't come in as often as I would otherwise, and we never eat in or wait if there's a line.
Let me start by saying I've been to many chipotle restaurants from east coast to west coast I have never seen staff this friendly and easy to talk to and super easy and fun to order I loved the food like usual and I really liked Chris he works there and is amazing he has been very nice to not only me but to many people as I observed his behavior I seriously don't think he is getting paid enough and I am not very well acquainted with the man but the way he was treating me and my family wasamazing and I truly love this chipotle for it. I feel very happy after eating this meal and I think it is mostly because of the way I was treated. But also because the way the food was cooked and the freshness and healthiness of the food I feel great.
Customer service can be trash, but they are typically very nice and helpful. Food is amazing too!
Only gave 1 star so I could write a review. Do yourself a favor and go the extra miles to bedford NH chipotle.
