I have to give it 4 stars because the food is so good and so affordable. As others said in previous reviews, it is in dire need of remodeling, but then it wouldn't be Steve's.

Everything there is old, even the waitresses. One of them is hard of hearing so you have to speak up. However, she is so pleasant and provides great service.
Yesterday I went to Stevens for lunch and got the sirloin tips lunch special and it was fantastic especially considering the price.

Where else can you get a plate of chicken parmesan that requires a bowl for the side of pasta because there's no room left on the plate for a total (with tax) of just under $12?
