The Ford Explorer was a Great vehicle for a two couple vacation with lots of driving and sightseeing. Acceptable rate and friendly Alamo attitudes at check out and return
I give this a three only because it took me over an hour in line to finally get to a person. Granted this was due to a computer outage and the employees were trying their hardest, but seven hours had elapsed since the outage and I felt more should have been done at that point to help speed things along. As far as the car went, after that wait, it was nice to receive a very nice car for a good price. Everything went smoothly after that and I would use Alamo again.
Alamo Rent A Car is the Best @ MHT Airport.
Rental was hassle free, and I loved the vehicle I received. I called the last day to see if I could keep it one more day, and got a reasonable rate to do so.

We rented two vehicles from Alamo on different days at the Manchester, NH Airport and both experiences were friendly, professional and efficient. The rental and return processes were fast, simple and correct. Alamo's rates were MUCH LOWER than others and their cars were new, clean, and trouble-free. That may explain why Alamo was busy renting cars while the agents for some of the other companies were idle.
