They do pretty well, at the airports I use they generally have a good selection, customer service has been very good this year from them as well.

Rented a car on Oct 16 . i am a Executive Emerald Club member . I never received my email receipt. i called the Manchester National rental car office and left message and never got a response. i called the next day at noon and still no one answered phone. poor customer service.
Normally very satisfied with Emerald Aisle service. This time only two vehicles were available when I first arrived, went to look at one, which I found was inadequate. By the time I was going to look at the second, it was already taken. Service representative still charged me to upgrade to Executive level to get the right car. Really shouldn't have been charged the extra due to the lack of options. Otherwise I have had great experiences in the past for same type of situation at other locations where the rep said just to grab anything, even from the executive section, at no change in cost.

Emerald Club is Awesome, walk up, get in the vehicle you want, check out at the booth and you are on you way. Drop off is just as quick.
