Went there the other day and extremely dissatisfied with the results I got. Went to use the hand washers , I put my coins in and it did not turn on for basically 20 seconds after the timer started, and when it did start I washed my car and had to re wash it because the turn handle was not working right and the pressure was so low and it did not get rid if any bugs or dirt.
Unfortunately the new Hooksett location touch free car wash didn't even get the dust off my car after paying $11. Came home and washed it my self, pretty sad.... will give it another try in a week, if i get the same results this review unfortunately will have to stay. Unless owner compensate for losses.
Went through about a month ago. Was promised the touch option would NOT damage my paint on my 2015 truck. This was not the case. It scratched all the way down from front to back. The attendant said it was most likely from a clogged nozzle that didn't rinse before it scrubbed and agreed it was definitely from the machine and told me to tell the owner when I got in touch with him. That never happened. I left 2 voicemail messages as well as Facebook messages and no call back. The owner clearly isn't good with people and won't take care of anything. I own a automotive business and if Something like this happens, you take care of it. It's pretty sad when the attendant doesn't have good things to say about the owner. Should have taken the hint then!
Save your money and go to a different wash! Trust me. Paid for the 11 dollar was. 11 dollars! and didn't get under wash like the sign stated. I get its not winter but still honor what people pay for. And it didn't rinse my car before washing!? That means soap and loose dirt/dust were rubbing all over my car. It was the quickest 11 dollar wash I've ever had. Maybe a 2 minutes plus dry. I went to this place a lot in the past and this never happened. Just lost another customer for good. Sad. Even worse we have to take our time to write these stupid reviews to warn other hard working people to stay away from your lazy business.
I just left this car wash and I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my experience. As a medical professional, I am highly concerned for the public due to what I suspect to be a carbon monoxide leak. Upon entering the "touch" wash my passenger and I were overtaken by the strong smell of rotting eggs/sulfur; this is a red flag to me because this smell is often associated with carbon monoxide poisoning. Immediately after leaving the car wash both my passenger and I were overcome with intense headaches as well. Save your brain cells and do not go here!!!
