Been trying to reach this company since Friday I was double charged for two $10 carwashes got into the car wash it did not work only sprayed underneath then it added soap and said it was done no dryer no rinsing. Spoke with Brian and he credited me my $ and offered free wash! Excellent customer service!
Absolutely the worst car wash I've ever had. No prescrubing, water that is being sprayed on by hand wand is dirty. Attendants have no personality and done really seem to care. The previous owner had it together. Definitely not coming back. And higher priced than the competitors. I'll travel a little further to go to Infinity Car Wash.
I like the wash, it is a bit higher than some but for auto drive through wash it does a good job and they offer free hand towel dry as you exit. Also they will with the right wash purchase manually add tire shine. The three star is the rushing and somewhat attitude of the attendants, I understand they are trying to move fast, but sometimes they come off brash and arrogant, but I still go weekly or bi-weekly because it is one of the best in Manchester and way better than the well known competitor.
Mark is a great guy, supper nice extremely polite and hard working I definitely will continue to come here and encourage others too!
