Had a issue with it now working after paying for a wash. Finally was contacted about a refund. Other than that its been a great carwash. Undercarriage sprayer is a requirement living here in NE, luckily this is offered at this location.

Went there last Friday, my car so needed a bath, paid 12$......when I got home I thought as I looked at my car..."Wow!...doesn't look washed at all".....my husband came home a few hours later and as I went to meet him outside in our driveway he said "boy, your car needs a washing"....at that point I was kind of embarrasssed to tell him that I just got it washed and spent 12$, but I did tell him...never again! Not there anyway!

My car was pretty dirty and this did a pretty good job of taking off the salt scum from the roads. Lines can be pretty long though. I waited approx 25 minutes to get a wash
