Unfortunately I had a very horrible experience with "Amoskead Jewelers" store. On 8/18/16 I brought three expensive watches (including a high end watch (Raymond Weil, Shine collection)) to Amoskead Jewelers for battery change. I was greeted by associate with name Larry and he told that he will be able to change a battery on all watches "no problem". Two watches was done in 20 min, charge was $15 for each. Raymond Weil watch ***** quoted $50 for battery and started working on it, but in ~20 min. he told what it will take longer that he thought and offered me to wait more or to leave this watch in store for battery change. I did not feel comfortable leaving watch, so I said that I will wait. After hour watch still was not done, I started asking questions "what is going on?" Larry told that battery already changed, but he has difficult time to put back on watch bracelet. He started asking me "do you know how this bracelet works?". If you are not familiar with watch why not to say that! They broke my expensive watch! They gave it back to me disassembled and without battery! I wrote BBB claim! And I will be posting and telling everyone about "quality" job they do!

My toddler daughter broke my $300+ coach glasses a few months ago. I brought them into Pearle vision where I bought them and they said there was nothing they could do. I called coach and they also said there was nothing they could do. Amoskeag jewelers greeted me upon arrival, had a minimal wait, amazing customer service, and were able to fix my glasses so perfectly it's like they were never broken. I can't thank you guys enough! I highly recommend this shop!
