EXCELLENT PLACE TO SELL YOUR GOLD AT!!! I would suggest to anyone selling their gold to look it up first how to calculate it and then do your math at home so you have a good idea what you will get....the only difference is that here they use 31.2 grams for a Troy Ounce versus others who may use 28 g for an ounce, common in jewelry. I WOULD RECOMMEND SUSAN TO ANYONE! I took over their calculator to redo my math so I was sure it matched up with theirs and voila.....we matched and I was out the door with cash in hand less than a minute later! Just do your homework first and you will be fine!!
Sloppy craftmenship and remedial quialty. Susan's had a sentimental pandant for four weeks and rushed finishing it after calling. The bale requested for the pendant was not what I received or discussed with Susan. She used a very thin wire to create a nickle size bale for a dime size pendant. A wire about a nickel wide for a labor intensive, highly decorated AND DIME SIZED pendant. Even left silver wirings from a ring on back of pendant without removing so the back of the pendant is sharp. Don't see Susan for anything beside consignments meaning anything that was NOT created by her could possible be of some QUALITY. She is remedial in talet or at least in intrigrity.Horrible waste of time, lack of good judgement trying her out, WATCH OUT FOR MICKEY MOUSE REPAIRS, HER SPECIALITY! HER EYE FOR DESIGN SEEMS REMEDAIL AS WELL, I WOULD NOT USE HER FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT! lOOK AT WHAT SHE DID TO MY SIMPLE REPAIR, SHE REINVENTED MY SENTINMENTAL PIECE INTO A PIECE CRAP WITHOUT THE PROPER BALE. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE MY 10 YEAR OLD COUSIN THIS STUPID LOOKING BALE ON MY BEAUTIFUL PENDANt. NO MORALS, NO ETHICS, NO PRIDE IN HER WORK. A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING AND ASTOUNDING VIEW OF LACK OF TALANT OR LAZINESS.
Visited for the first time today. So impressed. Susan was more than fair and did everything she could to get me the most money for items I was selling. Will be back again.
I brought a ring I never wear to have Susan make into a pendant. She encouraged me to purchase a pendant that was very close to what I wanted her to make. Bottom line is I purchased for $100 a pendant that appraised for way over that amount plus I still have the ring to match. I have brought my Mom and many friends to her shop. Susan gives a personal touch to each transaction and is not afraid to say: "That piece does not look good on you! Try this!" I would recommend Susan's Jewelry.
I just called and got, "Hello?" in a rather rude tone. When I asked, "Is this Susan's Jewelry?", she replied, "this is Susan's from Susan's Jewelry, who are you?!" REALLY??!! That's your idea of customer service?! Shop anywhere else. This woman has no clue as to how to treat customers.
