Would rate zero if I could. Do not recommend. Was told I was first appointment in the morning and played phone tag with the owner for hours and guys didn't show up until almost 1. Worst of all, owner took zero accountability and was a poor communicator. Issue ended up being because guys were out on a job late the night before, which is understandable but at least have the decency to communicate with your customers, especially when you don't end up showing up when you are supposed to
The three of them moved quickly and got everything moved in no time. I never once saw them take a smoke break.
Called them a week before I wanted to move, during the busiest month of the year for moving and they were able to accomdate me. I called 4 other places and they were the only movers to even take a look at their schedule to fit me in.
Friends had told me stories about some 'university bound' workers dropping items and showing up stoned. I had no such experience with All Pro.
The company called me the day before to confirm the time. The movers called me an hour or so before they were going to arrive. They were on time and ready to move.
Great company to work with! very easy going extremely competitive pricing, and the guys have years of moving experience. while I was being moved they kept me laughing which I needed due to I was moving in a rough situation. packed up my apartment moved me to my new one in just 5 hours. Office staff was very friendly and explained everything. I love that they are family owned and operated, they really do go the extra mile to help make the move accommodate my needs. awesome experience I will defiantly use them again and refer to all my friends and family!
Had three pieces of furniture that needed to be disassembled and they did it no problem. The movers might seem rough around the edges to some people, but they are down to earth people and a pleasure to speak and work with.

Nothing but trouble with this company from foul-mouthed movers who were morons who got my sofa stuck in door an owner who's states accidents happen and so forth. A real ass hole too. Go elsewhere save yourself the hassle and study the negative reviews on here and elsewhere.
I am blown away! This was my first time using a moving company to help me move to a fourth floor apartment. There were two movers with tons of experience and another helper with experience also. They came with a postitive attitude and a smile on their faces. Great customer service! They not only showed up early but they were extremely quick, they didn't even take breaks! I cannot believe how efficient and organized they were. They were extremely gentle with our belongings and made sure we were okay with everything. Extremely polite too! They knew we had a budget and made sure to get it done within the 3.5 hours, even tho the weather was awful they pulled through. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move quickly!! Great company, and great movers.
