These guys were fantastic! They were efficient and so helpful with everything from breaking things down, loading onto the truck, delivery, unloading and putting things back together. Al, Rich, Steve and Skylar - hopefully got everyone's names right - were excellent to work with. The cost for the move was more than fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.
My wife and I have called this company literally dozens of times and left multiple messages to try to set up an appointment yet no one ever picks up the phone. I did receive a voicemail one time detailing their rates, however when we immediately called back to set up an appointment, there was no answer. I tried calling back 3 more times waiting at least an hour or more in between each call to try to reach the company, but to no avail. This was all during their operating hours mind you, I never made a call after their normal hours. I have no idea why this company doesn't seem to bother with their potential customers but they are losing my business. We will be taking our money elsewhere.
I've used Grant Movers more than a dozen times since 2002. They've moved me into and out of multiple homes and apartments and have even moved my business three times. They show up on time, treat my possessions with care and are fairly priced. That 1 star review? Ignore it - they are a great company with long term employees. I highly recommend them!
