Really good bargain for the price we paid. Great Service. everyone was really nice. Great Breakfast. There is about everything you need here. I put a 4 starts just because the swimming pool was cold, we told front desk, and next day they fix it. But we didn't get a chance to use with our kids. Other than than that I would give 5 stars for the price and amenities that the hotel provides.

Impeccably clean hotel in an ideal location. They have a restaurant next door that has great ambiance. The bed was comfortable. The only reason for not providing a 5 star rating was because the AC was positioned too close to the bed and it blew directly on us all night which was not comfortable. The lighting could be improved as well...it was a little dark for applying makeup the next morning.
Excellent hotel, restaurant and staff. Ask for Steph at the front desk, she will definitely take care of you. Beautiful property, well maintained, courteous staff across the board. Amenities, for us, included an in room Jacuzzi. And they allow pets and therapy dogs. A great introduction to Manchester and New Hampshire.
There was even a nice touch of fresh cookies and brownies put out at 5:00 every evening.
From the time we arrived, everything was great! The check-in process was painless, our room and bathroom were clean and orderly, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We used the indoor heated pool, which was good and the arcade provided entertainment (the only slight inconvenience was the coin machine was broken and we got change from the front desk).
Breakfast was also fantastic. There was a good variety of food (hot was egg and sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, waffles - cold was a variety of pastries, bagels/English muffins/toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals) and beverages. The staff was attentive, replenishing food promptly, eating area was clean, the staff even removing dirty plates for us, all the while smiling and pleasant.
I would highly recommend this hotel! The hot breakfast was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel. Many hot items to choose from as well as fruits etc. The pool area was terrific also. A fine high quality hotel. My husband and I both agreed ...we are planning on coming to this hotel again any time we are passing through the area. It also convinced us to stay in another Best Western during our travels anywhere.
