Hotel was quiet and reasonably close to local amenities. Did have some problems with the room, namely that the floor was lose and walking across the room would cause the wardrobe to wobble and shake back and forth. Additionally there are two small washers and dryers available on the 2nd floor for $2 a load however one dyer was broken and the other didn't dry the clothes. There's frosted glass around the gym but it would be nice to see it around the pool and hot tub area for additional privacy. especially considering that the lobby and elevator open to large full length windows showcasing the pool area.
Honestly. It's fine. Not great. Not bad. For an overnight it is good. Plus a short cab ride from some fantastic restaurants.
We stayed at this hotel with our kids hockey team. We had a blast and the hotel staff really had to put up with a lot of rowdiness from our boys. We had a great time and the place is clean and well maintained!! The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating especially considering they had crazy kids to deal with. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
I'd give it 3.5. Nothing bad to report, certainly a decent sleep. Everything was fine. But just a bit sterile. In-room coffee was subpar (and no tea bags in the room, but the front desk did give me some on request). BTW, coldest hot tub ever. Truly. UPDATE: stayed again. World's coldest hot tub is fixed! But world's worst mattress has appeared. Would go to 2.5 if I could because an acceptable bed is an absolute for a hotel.
Staff was super friendly and room was nice. Very convenient to the airport. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is we asked for a pack and play in the room but they did not remember until we reminded them. Other than that it was a stellar experience and we would definitely stay again.
