The place nice, comfy, and relaxing. They got a free hot coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider.. This place can accommodate in any season.. Best place to be wed. Close to the near by shops. You'll love it.
traveled on business, the dinner meal was subpar, the morning dining staff was rude, the towels were rough, the steam room was disgusting. I expected more.
Very disappointing!
Stayed in room 552 on 7/1/17. The room was dark and damp. Paint was peeling from the ceiling over the bed and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. We killed three earwigs within an hour and the TV did not operate.
I was in a room that I wasn't happy with so I went to the manager. I wasn't asking for another one since my stay was only two nights and I was leaving the next day. He upgraded my room and offered complimentary breakfast. The grounds and the area are beautiful. Lots of restaurants and shopping
